Job summary

Chin Hin Group Berhad is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to assist the Talent Acquisition team in day‑to‑day recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and pre‑onboarding support.

The role offers hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, candidate engagement and recruitment systems, with opportunities to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct basic candidate searches and market mapping as required.
• Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Communicate interview details and follow up with candidates on attendance and availability.
• Assist with candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Support pre‑onboarding activities where required.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers and reports.
• Assist with recruitment documentation and filing.
• Support the team in ensuring recruitment activities are completed within the agreed timeline.
