Job summary

Job Majestic is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment process, posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple stages of talent acquisition while working in a collaborative team.

The role requires 3 months of internship, final year or ongoing diploma/bachelor studies, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. You will need a laptop and familiarity with Google Workspace and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Current or final year diploma/bachelor student with minimum 3 months internship
• Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Familiar with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Own laptop and ability to handle repetitive administrative work

Responsibilities

• Conduct job-market research to understand hiring trends and suitable vacancies
• Publish strategic job advertisements across portals and social media
• Manage daily job-posting and candidate-engagement KPIs
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates meeting basic requirements
• Screen candidates via phone/WhatsApp to assess experience and fit
• Prepare shortlisted candidate profiles for HR representatives
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Update recruitment trackers and candidate statuses in records
