Job summary

Chin Hin Group Berhad is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment activities. You will assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, offering hands-on exposure to the recruitment process.

This internship will include maintaining recruitment records and facilitating pre-onboarding support. Ideal candidates should be pursuing a relevant degree and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job description

The Talent Acquisition Intern supports the Talent Acquisition team in the day-to-day recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and pre-onboarding support.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, stakeholder coordination, candidate engagement and recruitment systems.

Key Responsibilities

Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.

Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.

Conduct basic candidate searches and market mapping as required.

Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and Hiring Managers.

Communicate interview details and follow up with candidates on attendance and availability.

Assist with candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.

Support pre-onboarding activities where required.

Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers and reports.

Assist with recruitment documentation and filing.

Support the team in ensuring recruitment activities are completed within the agreed timeline.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

Comfortable communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

Positive attitude, willing to learn and work as part of a team.
