Job summary

Chin Hin Group Berhad is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment activities. You will assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, offering hands-on exposure to the recruitment process.

This internship will include maintaining recruitment records and facilitating pre-onboarding support. Ideal candidates should be pursuing a relevant degree and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates and stakeholders.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Assist with candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers and reports.
