Job summary

Always Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will gain hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing and hiring talent to supporting engagement, development, and retention initiatives.

Responsibilities include assisting in end-to-end recruitment, posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
• Post job ads across platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, university channels).
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support employer branding initiatives (career pages, campus outreach, social content)
