Job summary

Pentas Flora Management Services Sdn Bhd invites you to join as an HR Talent Acquisition Intern for the November intake. You will work with experienced HR professionals, support recruitment activities, and gain practical skills in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Responsibilities include posting vacancies, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and preparing recruitment reports.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, International Business, or a related field.
• Interested in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commit for at least 3 months.
• Willing to work at Miller Square, Old Klang Road, KL.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Assist in posting job vacancies on various job portals and recruitment platforms.
• Support the team in sourcing and screening potential candidates.
• Assist in contacting candidates and arranging interviews.
• Support interview coordination and follow up with candidates.
• Assist in updating and maintaining candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Support the preparation of recruitment-related documents and reports when required.
• Assist with other Talent Acquisition activities and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
