Qualifications

• Resilient, target-driven mindset with an eagerness to learn headhunting and talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

• Market & Candidate Mapping across key industries to build candidate org charts.
• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management using LinkedIn Recruiter and portals.
• Candidate Outreach & Engagement through direct phone outreach and messaging.
• Phone Pre-Screening to assess technical alignment, compensation, and fit.
