Job summary

Ant International, based in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern at its Global Development Centre. You will assist recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, and candidate management for global functions, in a fintech environment.

You’ll collaborate with TA professionals, learn candidate assessment and data management, and gain transferable HR skills in a fast-paced, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent communication in English (written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a business-oriented mindset with the ability to understand hiring needs from hiring managers’ perspectives.
• Comfortable with basic candidate sourcing and screening for entry to mid-level roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of at least 3 months (12 weeks) or longer.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including basic candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates for selected roles through job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Maintain and update recruitment channels, applicant tracking systems, and talent databases accurately.
• Assist in recruitment projects such as campus hiring, job fairs, and employee referral programs.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding stage.
• Maintain accurate and timely tracking of recruitment progress and updates.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Intern within the Global Development Centre (GDC), you will play a key role in supporting recruitment operations and gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for global and various business functions.
