Job summary

Forvis Mazars in Malaysia invites a motivated HR Intern to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration within a corporate environment.

You will work alongside the HR team on end-to-end processes, learn about employment practices, and support talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations while developing strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR, BA, or related field.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Eager to learn and develop in HR.
• Gain exposure to end-to-end HR processes.
• Learn employment practices, HR policies, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate communications.
• Prepare recruitment documents and maintain candidate records and trackers.
• Support onboarding processes, including new joiner documentation and system access.
• Support recruitment events, career fairs, internship programs and university engagement.
• Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews and related documentation.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
