• Strong stakeholder management and deadline-driven delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full recruitment life cycle including direct sourcing strategies.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment timeframes and fill openings promptly.
• Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles with market intelligence.
• Develop and update job descriptions for all positions timely.
• Develop relationships with universities and talent events to broaden the pool.
• Assist in tasks or projects as needed.
