Pentas Flora Sdn Bhd invites you to join our HR Talent Acquisition Internship for the September intake in Kuala Lumpur. You will work with a dedicated HR team, support recruitment activities, post vacancies, source and screen candidates, and help coordinate interviews in a fast-paced, purpose-driven setting.

You’ll gain practical, real-world experience while developing essential skills in talent acquisition and HR reporting, with the potential for conversion to a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma/Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Interested in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commit for at least 3 months.
• Willing to work at Miller Square, Old Klang Road, KL.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Assist in posting job vacancies on various job portals and recruitment platforms.
• Support the team in sourcing and screening potential candidates.
• Assist in contacting candidates and arranging interviews.
• Support interview coordination and follow up with candidates.
• Assist in updating and maintaining candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Support the preparation of recruitment-related documents and reports when required.
• Assist with other Talent Acquisition activities and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Education

Diploma / Bachelor’s in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, International Business, or a related field
