Job summary

Pentas Flora Management Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Talent Acquisition Intern for the September intake. You will join a fast-paced HR team, supporting day-to-day recruitment tasks and candidate sourcing to build practical recruitment skills.

The internship offers exposure to posting on portals, resume screening, interview scheduling, and reporting, with potential conversion to permanent employment. Based at Miller Square, KL, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, International Business or related field.
• Interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commit for at least 3 months.
• Willing to work at Miller Square, Old Klang Road, KL.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Assist in posting job vacancies on various job portals and recruitment platforms.
• Support the team in sourcing and screening potential candidates.
• Assist in contacting candidates and arranging interviews.
• Support interview coordination and follow up with candidates.
• Assist in updating and maintaining candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Support the preparation of recruitment-related documents and reports when required.
• Assist with other Talent Acquisition activities and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
