Job summary

Talent Trader Group is offering an HR Recruitment Intern position for immediate intake. The role supports recruitment consultants with CV screening, candidate shortlisting and interview coordination across varied industries.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields, with strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail. On-site work with a provided internship allowance and a potential full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Recruitment, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail when reviewing candidate profiles.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen candidate CVs against job requirements.
• Shortlist suitable candidates for vacancies.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters and clients.
• Contact candidates to confirm interview arrangements and updates.
• Assist with sourcing through job portals and recruitment platforms.
