Job summary

Planet Group (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Recruitment Executive to oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth administration of employee records.

You will manage recruitment campaigns, lead onboarding, foster a positive culture, and coordinate payroll using HR2000, while maintaining SOPs and training programs. This role suits a proactive HR professional with 1–2 years' experience and a degree in HR or business administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR management experience or similar.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll, compensation, and benefits.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and maintain HR documentation such as SOPs and training materials.
• Ability to foster a positive work culture and support employee development.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment channels and platforms to attract top talent.
• Lead onboarding for new hires with tools and training.
• Foster a positive culture promoting engagement, inclusivity, collaboration.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for HR processes ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Organize and implement training programs for employee development and skills.
• Oversee payroll using HR2000 ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs including salary reviews.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations.
