Job summary

PERSOL Business Service is seeking a Recruitment Support specialist in Kuala Lumpur. You will pre-screen applicants, conduct interviews, create candidate profiles, and manage registrations while maintaining data integrity.

You will handle inbound calls and align resourcing with job orders. The role requires a degree in HR or business admin, English fluency, ERP and MS Office experience, and the ability to meet SLA/KPIs.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR/Business Admin or equivalent.
• Experience in recruitment or customer service.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with ERP, digital recruitment, and MS Office.
• Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building.
• Experience meeting SLA and KPIs.
• Willing to work 7am–4pm Australia time.
• Comfortable conversing with Australians for resourcing activities.

Responsibilities

• Pre-screen and interview applicants and ensure registrations are completed.
• Create candidate profiles and update comments and activities in our system.
• Attend inbound calls and keep call targets met.
• Manage resourcing pool from the assigned job orders promptly.
• Utilize job databases, search engines, and social channels.
• Provide regular reporting on order rates and success rates.
• Attend customer meetings to improve delivery.
• Build pipeline and resolve escalations from customers and candidates.
• Ensure data quality and data integrity are maintained.
• Perform ad hoc duties and special projects as requested.

Education
