The role includes onboarding, onboarding, internal communications, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in HR or related field and has experience in recruitment and general HR/office administration, with strong coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment and general HR/office admin.
• Strong coordination, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; other languages an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and hiring reports with timely follow-up.
• Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, events, and employee engagement activities.
• Draft and disseminate internal communications and HR announcements.
• Oversee day-to-day office administration: pantry, reception, supplies, cleanliness.
• Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and company vehicles with vendors.
• Maintain filing systems and confidential records; prepare reports as assigned.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties and support projects.
