Job summary

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct candidate screening, and assess suitability based on job requirements and company needs.
• Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
• Manage candidate communication, provide updates throughout the hiring process, and support offer negotiation and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment records, track hiring progress, and support continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
