Job summary

Top Glove Corporation Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a production lead to oversee daily factory operations, manage manpower planning, supervise discipline, and ensure consistent quality of work with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will drive continuous improvement, optimize resources, monitor process parameters and equipment, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 to meet customer specifications.

Your Mission:

1) Implement and enforce company policy and objectives in the factory

2) Plan and monitor the production manpower requirements, supervise and enforce good discipline and working attitude to achieve consistency in quality of work.

3) Fully responsible production’s overall daily operations.

4) Lead production staff towards continuous improvement in production capacity and reduction rate in production wastage.

5) Optimize manufacturing resources to achieve high quality production at optimum cost.

6) Continuously improve manufacturing process and production operation.

7) Monitor records of process parameter, equipment and factory staff performances and implement necessary preventive measures.

8) Ensure products are in compliance with customers’ specifications.

9) Plan production meetings, production activities, worker schedules, machine maintenance schedules and maintains budgets and product quality.

10) Ensure ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 procedures are well implemented.

11) Motivate staff under supervision to ensure safety, business goal and group performance achieved.

12) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.

13) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.
