Job summary

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is hiring an Executive, IT for the Banting site to provide first line IT support for services and hardware. You will monitor SLA/KPI, support audio-visual systems for events, and maintain IT documentation while reporting to your supervisor daily.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in CS/IT or equivalent, strong English and Malay communication, and experience in hardware/OS support. Proactive, team-oriented candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent from reputable universities.
• Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
• Experience in computer hardware/technical support.
• Experience in computer OS support (Windows/MAC).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for Top Glove services and equipment.
• Meet SLA targets and report KPI progress.
• Monitor and support AV/meeting room equipment for events.
• Maintain documentation and report to supervisor daily; work with minimal supervision.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks/projects with supervision; follow defined procedures.

1. Executive, IT Service Desk, Infrastructure & Operation

Responsibilities:

1) Responsible to provide first level support for all Top Glove only IT related services & equipment.

2) Responsible to achieve helpdesk SLA , rating and resolution following IT Group Department KPI.

3) Responsible to monitor/standby every meeting/event (Meeting Room/Auditorium/Ballroom/Healthy Event Hall) that involves audio & video system. To ensure everything is in working order. To report accordingly after each meeting.

4) Responsible to his/her own safety & to always follow safety rules and regulations.

5) Responsible to handle additional/ad-hoc task & project with supervision.

6) Responsible to maintain & update all documentation/audit/project related to IT Department.

7) Responsible to report to his/her superior on daily basis & when required.

8) Proactive & able to work with minimum supervision.

9) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.

10) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/instruction.
