Job summary

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking an Executive, Sourcing & Procurement based in Meru Klang, Selangor. The role focuses on planning monthly purchases, analyzing raw material price movements, and coordinating import shipments to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate can be a fresh graduate (or 1–2 years in procurement), is proficient in MS-Excel and data analytics, and has SAP experience as an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan monthly purchases by forecasting demand for TG Group.
• Analyse raw material price movements for cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with external entities for import shipments and customs clearance.
• Manage the procure-to-pay process, including purchasing and vendor payments.
• Coordinate container movements to ensure timely delivery and avoid extra charges.
• Prepare analysis reports and purchase histories for internal and supplier meetings.

Your Mission

• Planned monthly purchase quantity by forecasting the demand from TG Group
• Analyse the raw material price movement to ensure the goods are purchased in the most cost efficient way
• Coordinated with multiple external entities to handle import shipments, including selecting forwarding agents for customs clearance and arranging transportation with haulers to move containers from the port to the factories.
• Responsible for managing the entire Procure to Pay process, including purchasing goods and making vendor payments.
• Responsible for coordinating the movement of containers. This is to ensure timely delivery of goods to the factory and to avoid incurring additional charges.
• Prepare analysis reports and purchase history for internal and supplier meetings.

What we are looking for

• Fresh graduate with a minimum of a degree OR 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement field
• Proficient in MS-Excel and data analytics
• Having experience in SAP is an advantage.
• Educational requirements include a background in pure mathematics and operations management.
• Able to work in high demanding environments.
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
