Job summary

IGT Services And Technologies KL Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive for immediate joining on a permanent basis. You will partner with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment, screen and interview candidates, and extend offers while ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

Fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged, with 1 year of recruitment experience preferred.

Talent Acquisition Executive - Immediate Joining (Permanent Position)

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical and functional hiring needs.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.

Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates for all assigned roles.

Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory hiring practices.

Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance hiring manager and candidate experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proficiency in English essential; Mandarin / Cantonese / Korean / Japanese is a strong advantage.

Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply.

Experience in building and maintaining talent pipelines is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and spreadsheet tools).

Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

High sense of urgency, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Willingness to relocate is required.
