Newtons Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment in Malaysia. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers while partnering with hiring managers to meet growth goals and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 4 years in talent acquisition, including technical or high-volume hiring, stakeholder management, and ATS experience.

Responsabilidades

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting the company’s growth goals.

Your Day-to-Day:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding coordination)

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams

Maintain accurate candidate records in the company's database and system

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts

Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Assist with campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment events as needed

Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.)

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred

Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously

Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Experience recruiting for technical and volume hirings

Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools (Jobstreet and etc)
