IGT Services And Technologies KL Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive for a 6-month contract with immediate joining. The role focuses on partnering with hiring managers to define needs and manage end-to-end recruitment—from screening to offers.

Candidates with 1 year of experience and relocation willingness are preferred. Expect a busy, detail-oriented environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience; fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in building and maintaining talent pipelines is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate is required.
• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday).

Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory hiring practices.

Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance hiring manager and candidate experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply.

Experience in building and maintaining talent pipelines is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and spreadsheet tools).

Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

High sense of urgency, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Willingness to relocate is required.
