Job summary

ARVION SERVICES SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our recruitment team in Dubai, UAE. You will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and pipeline management for FX/CFD roles.

The position offers exposure to regional and international hiring projects and a collaborative environment that fosters growth and learning in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin or Psychology.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in FX/CFD industry preferred.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, portals and ATS.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and managers.
• Maintain ATS candidate records accurately.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Assist with job postings and employer branding campaigns.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• Support offer prep and onboarding activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
