ARVION SERVICES SDN. BHD. is seeking a strategic Country Manager to drive growth in FX & CFDs across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on leading a BD team, setting revenue targets, and expanding the partner ecosystem while ensuring regulatory compliance and profitability.

You will guide regional strategies, build strong industry relationships, and collaborate with marketing, dealing desk, and compliance to optimize performance and market presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of individual Business Development experience in FX & CFDs brokerage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Business Development team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Managers across markets.
• Set clear sales targets and KPIs for hunting IBs, affiliates, partners, and clients, and farming portfolios.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and mentoring to develop team capabilities.
• Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on results and growth.
• Drive acquisition of high-value IBs, affiliates, institutional clients, and retail partnerships.
• Grow relationships with existing IBs and clients to increase trading volumes and revenue share.
• Build market presence through prospecting, events, and industry conferences.
• Define and implement regional/global BD strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, dealing desk, compliance to support BD strategy.
• Develop partner programs and regional promotional campaigns.
• Own team P&L and ensure targets and profitability.
• Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
• Provide actionable business insights to senior leadership.
