Job summary

Arvion Services seeks a driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our recruitment team in Dubai. You will support end-to-end recruitment for regional and international hiring projects, focusing on the FX and CFDs industry.

You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, build talent pipelines, and assist with employer branding and onboarding activities. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with 2+ years of recruitment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Prior recruitment experience or knowledge of FX/CFDs industry required.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Assist with job postings, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process for timely communication.
• Support offer preparation, documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our recruitment team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and talent pipeline management, with a focus on the FX and CFDs industry.

What Will You Do:

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely communication.
• Support offer preparation, documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Prior recruitment experience or knowledge of the Forex (FX) and CFDs industry is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms is an advantage.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
