Job summary

You will troubleshoot authentication and certificate management, support release activities with stakeholders, collaborate with the support teams, respond to customer concerns, and document procedures for knowledge sharing; familiarity with VMware, Veeam, SAN storage, HCI and Cisco devices is

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of technical support experience.
• At least 2 years in Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, SAN storage, and HCI.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to coordinate between technical and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Windows servers and database environments, ensuring high availability.
• Troubleshoot authentication and certificate management issues.
• Support release activities with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure timely resolution and escalation.
• Respond to customer concerns professionally.
• Document procedures, solutions, and configurations for knowledge sharing.
• Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with SLA/OLA.
• Responsible for UAT, troubleshooting, support, and maintenance.
