Job summary

NEX CORPORATEIT SDN BHD is seeking an onsite Systems and Network Support Specialist to assist clients in daily operations within data centers. You will work in a global infrastructure environment and handle Linux tasks, from basic to advanced levels.

Responsibilities include Level 1–2 troubleshooting of servers, networking gear, and user systems; documenting guides; collaborating with Level 2 teams and stakeholders; and staying current with emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT/Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of working experience in a similar field.
Strong teamwork, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Cisco CCNA or Microsoft MCSE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite systems and network support to clients daily.
Work in Data Center environments supporting global tech giants’ infrastructures.
Handle Level 1–2 analysis, troubleshooting and resolution for servers, networking gear, and user systems.
Collaborate with Level 2 Support and other stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices; training provided.
