NEX CORPORATEIT SDN BHD is seeking an onsite Systems and Network Support Specialist to assist clients in daily operations within data centers. You will work in a global infrastructure environment and handle Linux tasks, from basic to advanced levels.

Responsibilities include Level 1–2 troubleshooting of servers, networking gear, and user systems; documenting guides; collaborating with Level 2 teams and stakeholders; and staying current with emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of working experience in a similar field.
• Strong teamwork, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Cisco CCNA or Microsoft MCSE certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite systems and network support to clients daily.
• Work in Data Center environments supporting global tech giants’ infrastructures.
• Handle Level 1–2 analysis, troubleshooting and resolution for servers, networking gear, and user systems.
• Collaborate with Level 2 Support and other stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices; training provided.
