Geek+ is a leading robotics technology company enabling smart logistic solutions. As a System Trainee in APAC, you will participate in the full project lifecycle from pre-sales design to deployment and post-launch support, gaining hands-on exposure across warehousing automation projects.

You will work with project managers, solution engineers and clients to translate requirements into blueprints, perform testing, and help deliver reliable system implementations while developing technical depth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, information systems, computer engineering, IT, supply chain, or related field with graduation expected in 2026/2027.
• Internship or project experience related to WMS, supply chain systems, or logistics automation preferred.
• Foundational IT skills including Linux commands and SQL databases.
• Ability to leverage AI coding tools to build, test and deploy simple apps.
• Interest in warehousing and robotics, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, with potential to engage stakeholders from operators to executives.
• Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

About the role

As a System Trainee in APAC, you will work as part of the system team, supporting the full project lifecycle across the region. From pre-sales solution design and client requirements workshops through to system deployment, go-live, and post-launch support, you will gain hands‑on exposure to every stage of a warehousing automation project. You will collaborate closely with project managers, solution engineers, and clients to deliver reliable, high‑quality system implementations — while developing the technical depth and client‑facing skills to grow into an independent system consultant.

What you have to do

Consulting & Solution Design

• Participate in client requirements‑gathering workshops and business process analysis, supporting the translation of business objectives into system blueprints, interface specifications, and functional designs
• Support pre‑sales activities, including preparing solution proposals and presentation materials for logistics and warehousing projects
• Assist in preparing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and comprehensive test cases based on confirmed blueprints

System Implementation & Delivery

• Deliver system implementation services, including system deployment, configuration, and integration across all environments
• Conduct end‑to‑end testing to ensure all components work properly and deployments meet established requirements and quality standards

Go-live & Support

• Support production go‑live and user acceptance testing, assisting the project manager with acceptance sign‑off and related documentation
• Provide assistance for production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures
• Support clients with system‑related issues post‑launch

User Enablement & Continuous Improvement

• Deliver end‑user training to support effective system adoption
• Develop and standardize project documentation, including functional blueprints, configuration guides, and user manuals
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

What you need to have

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines, with graduation expected in 2026 or 2027
• Internship or project experience related to WMS, supply chain systems, or logistics automation is preferred
• Foundational IT skills: familiarity with basic Linux commands and troubleshooting; ability to operate databases using SQL scripts
• Ability to leverage AI coding tools to independently build, test, and deploy simple applications
• Interest in warehousing and logistics operations, and in new technologies such as robotics and automation
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and work through issues independently
• Excellent communication skills, with the potential to grow into a client‑facing consultant comfortable presenting to stakeholders from warehouse operators to C‑level executives
• Proactive and eager to learn, adaptable to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment where new technologies and processes are frequently introduced
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin; additional languages (e.g., Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, or other APAC regional languages) are an advantage
