Job summary

Geek+ is a leading robotics technology company enabling smart logistic solutions. As a System Trainee in APAC, you will participate in the full project lifecycle from pre-sales design to deployment and post-launch support, gaining hands-on exposure across warehousing automation projects.

You will work with project managers, solution engineers and clients to translate requirements into blueprints, perform testing, and help deliver reliable system implementations while developing technical depth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, information systems, computer engineering, IT, supply chain, or related field with graduation expected in 2026/2027.
• Internship or project experience related to WMS, supply chain systems, or logistics automation preferred.
• Foundational IT skills including Linux commands and SQL databases.
• Ability to leverage AI coding tools to build, test and deploy simple apps.
• Interest in warehousing and robotics, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, with potential to engage stakeholders from operators to executives.
• Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client requirements workshops to translate objectives into system blueprints and designs.
• Assist pre-sales activities with solution proposals and materials for warehousing projects.
• Prepare PRDs and test cases based on blueprints.
• Deliver system deployment, configuration, and integration across environments.
• Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure quality and align with requirements.
• Support go-live, assist with acceptance sign-off and post-launch documentation.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Deliver end-user training and create standardized project documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimization efforts.
