Seven Retail Group is seeking a responsible Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our swim school branch in Selangor. You will ensure smooth, safe, and professional operations, including facilities upkeep, class scheduling, staff administration, and payroll.

The role requires highly organized, proactive individuals who can manage people and numbers, identify issues before they escalate, and maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in branch management, operations, administration, hospitality, education, fitness, sports, or a similar environment.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Comfortable working with budgets, invoices, payroll information, and basic financial records.
• Good communication and people-management skills.
• Proactive and able to solve problems independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time.
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to take ownership of the branch's operations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Proficient with basic office software such as Google Sheets/Excel, email, and messaging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the swim school branch and ensure the branch opens, operates, and closes according to schedule
• Monitor daily operations and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, organization, cleanliness, and customer service
• Ensure the swimming pool, changing rooms, toilets, reception area, equipment, and other facilities are properly maintained
• Conduct regular checks of the facility and identify maintenance issues
• Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and suppliers for repairs and maintenance
• Oversee cleaning staff and ensure the branch meets required cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Manage and maintain the branch's class schedule and coordinate coach availability and class assignments
• Maintain accurate staff attendance and working-hour records and manage coach salary and payment information
• Manage recurring branch expenses, including utilities, suppliers, maintenance, cleaning, and other operating costs
