Qualifications

• Experience in branch management or education preferred.
• Strong organizational and people-management skills.
• Comfortable working with students, parents, and teachers.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to solve problems independently.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the music academy and ensure classes run smoothly and on schedule.
• Manage teacher schedules, attendance, availability, and day-to-day staff operations.
• Ensure teachers deliver lessons according to academy standards.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, organization, and customer service.
• Ensure classrooms, instruments, and teaching equipment are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
• Handle day-to-day parent and student enquiries, feedback, and operational issues.
• Coordinate teacher recruitment, onboarding, and administrative requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance, suppliers, cleaning, and other branch requirements.
• Manage branch expenses, invoices, payroll information, and basic administrative records.
• Monitor student attendance, class schedules, enrolments, and other key branch information.
