Seven Retail Group is seeking a responsible Branch Manager for our preschool in Malaysia. You will oversee day-to-day operations, support teachers, maintain a safe and organized learning environment, and ensure a positive experience for children and parents.

You will manage staff schedules, handle parent inquiries, and coordinate branch maintenance and supplies while maintaining basic financial records and keeping operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in preschool branch management or operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational and people-management skills are essential.
• Comfortable working with children and parents in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure classes run on schedule.
• Manage teacher schedules, attendance, and day-to-day staff operations.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professionalism of the facility and learning environment.
• Handle parent inquiries, feedback, and operational issues.
• Coordinate maintenance, supplies, and branch requirements.
• Monitor expenses and basic administrative records.
