D SWIM ACADEMY SDN. BHD. invites applications for an Operation & Customer Service Executive to join our management team in Penang. You will coordinate schedules, handle inquiries across channels, assist with ticketing and retail, and help drive smooth daily operations and event delivery within a fast-paced swim academy.

The role offers exposure to administration, staffing, and business management, with weekend reception duties and opportunities for ongoing training in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar operations or customer service role, preferably in sports/events/hospitality.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, able to multitask under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Supports the academy's operations and overall workflow.
• Attend to student and client enquiries via face-to-face, phone and online channels.
• Assist with ticket sales and retail merchandise.
• Coordinate class schedules and student-related matters.
• Plan and execute swim programmes, events and activities.
• Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
• Manage office supplies, inventory and resources.
• Liaise with coaches, suppliers and stakeholders for daily operations.
• Reception duties during weekends and peak periods.
• Take ownership of projects to improve systems and customer experience.
