B. Braun Medical Supplies Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive for Sutures (Sarawak, based in Kuching) to drive growth across government and private hospitals.

You will build relationships with surgeons and operating theatre teams, identify opportunities, and support clinical activities to expand adoption of our sutures. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years in medical sales, strong communication, and willingness to travel across the Northern region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preferably Business or Science.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related industries.
• Experience working with surgeons, operating theatres, or surgical products is highly preferred.
• Ability to build trusted customer relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with healthcare professionals across different levels.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Northern region.
• Valid driving licence and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive growth for the Sutures portfolio within the Sarawak region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, operating theatre personnel, procurement teams, and healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand account coverage across government and private healthcare institutions.
• Support product evaluations, clinical education activities, product conversions, and operating theatre cases when required.
• Manage quotations, sales opportunities, tenders, and account follow-ups to ensure successful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, territory plans, and market intelligence to support business growth.
