B. Braun Medical Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive - Sutures for the Sarawak region, based in Kuching. The role targets growth in Sutures through strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and procurement teams.

You will identify new opportunities and support product evaluations and clinical activities, with extensive travel across the Northern region. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of sales experience in medical devices or related healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related industries.
• Experience working with surgeons, operating theatres, or surgical products is highly preferred.
• Ability to build trusted customer relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across healthcare professionals.
• Proactive, accountable, customer-focused mindset with willingness to travel extensively across the Northern region.
• Valid driving licence and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive sustainable growth for the Sutures portfolio within the Sarawak region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, operating theatre personnel, procurement teams, and healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand account coverage across government and private healthcare institutions.
• Support product evaluations, clinical education activities, product conversions, and operating theatre cases when required.
• Manage quotations, sales opportunities, tenders, and account follow-ups to ensure successful business outcomes.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, territory plans, and market intelligence to support business growth.
