Job summary

Bermaz Auto Berhad is seeking a Sustainability & Secretarial Executive to support the Group’s sustainability agenda, reporting, data management, and related initiatives.

You will assist in corporate secretarial and governance matters, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and help prepare reports and dashboards on sustainability performance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sustainability, governance, or related area.
• Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint; Canva or data viz tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sustainability reports and initiatives.
• Support data collection and management for reporting and assurance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for sustainability activities.
• Monitor sustainability performance indicators and progress against targets.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards on sustainability performance.
• Assist in secretarial and governance functions and statutory records.
• Support Board/Board Committee meeting preparation and materials.
• Assist in statutory/regulatory filings within timelines.
• Provide admin support for sustainability and governance duties.
