CJ Century Logistics Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an Executive Support & Sustainability Specialist to provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to Senior Management while coordinating sustainability initiatives, reporting, and related activities. The role ensures timely follow-up on actions and proper documentation aligned with ESG direction.

You will coordinate schedules, manage communications, support strategic planning, and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Sustainability, Corporate Governance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in executive support, administration, sustainability, ESG, corporate governance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Senior Management or C-level executives.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to Senior Management.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Serve as liaison between Senior Management and internal departments, partners, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor deliverables, projects, and provide updates to Senior Management.
• Support ESG initiatives, data collection, reports, and related materials.
• Prepare management reports and presentations and maintain confidential records.
• Coordinate corporate visits, events, and external engagements.
• Arrange travel and logistics for Senior Management.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as directed.
