Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Sustainability Assistant to support the implementation and monitoring of sustainability plans and actions. You will assist with data collection, ESG reporting, and stakeholder communications, while helping maintain website sustainability information.

The role requires basic sustainability knowledge, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to work both independently and in a team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of sustainability.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of sustainability action plans and programs to deliver company’s identified commitments.
• Assist in collecting, analysing and managing sustainability data including traceability, ESG, Human Rights information, climate data for quarterly updates, stakeholder requests, assessments and sustainability reporting.
• Assist in completing responses to stakeholders’ ESG questionnaires/surveys.
• Prepare and update internal tracker on sustainability management progress and ensure stakeholder queries are answered promptly.
• Work with relevant teams to manage and update sustainability information on the company website.
• Support sustainability IT data management system.
• Undertake other related tasks assigned by sustainability department.
