Job summary

Bermaz Auto Berhad seeks a Sustainability & Secretarial Executive to support the group in sustainability reporting, data management, and governance tasks. You will assist in preparation of reports, liaise with stakeholders, and help maintain statutory records and board materials.

The role also covers day-to-day corporate secretarial functions, governance filings, and coordination of sustainability initiatives to drive performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in sustainability, corporate governance or related.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Canva or data visualization tools are a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing sustainability reports and implementing initiatives.
• Support data collection and management for reporting and assurance.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for reporting activities.
• Monitor sustainability performance indicators and progress against objectives.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and materials on sustainability initiatives.
• Assist in day-to-day corporate secretarial and governance duties.
• Prepare statutory records, board materials, and follow-up actions for meetings.
• Coordinate statutory/regulatory filings within prescribed timelines.
• Provide administrative support for sustainability, governance, and related duties.
