Job summary

CNS Worldwide Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a Support & Field Services Engineer to join a small, dynamic APAC team focused on environmental monitoring and compliance solutions. Based in Petaling Jaya, the role combines technical support, field service, software implementation, customer training and regional travel across APAC.

Travel approximately 30-40% across APAC is required; Mandarin and English communication is essential, with a hands-on mindset and eagerness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Travel across APAC for customer installations, training and projects.
• Install and configure monitoring equipment, sensors, data loggers and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site and remotely.
• Support facility mapping, validation activities and project documentation.
• Train customers on hardware, software, alarms, reporting and system configuration.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations and customer success teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Travel across APAC for customer installations, training and technical projects.
