Job summary

CNS Worldwide Executive Search is recruiting on behalf of an American-French technology company for a Support & Field Services Engineer based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Travel 30–40% across APAC to install, configure, and support environmental monitoring equipment.

You will work with customers onsite and remotely, deliver training, configure software platforms, troubleshoot hardware and software, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations across APAC, Europe, and the US.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in field service, technical support, installation, engineering, or a related role.
• Comfortable using hand tools and carrying out onsite installations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication abilities.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Willing and able to travel approximately 30–40% across APAC.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop FAQs, user guides, technical documentation, and knowledge resources.
• Share customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

CNS Worldwide Executive Search is looking for a Support & Field Services Engineer on behalf of our client, a specialised American-French technology company providing environmental monitoring and compliance solutions to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratory, and medical device sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on technical professional who enjoys solving problems, working directly with customers, and travelling across the APAC region.

Based in Petaling Jaya, you will join a close-knit APAC team and gain broad exposure across technical support, field services, system implementation, customer training, and engineering projects.
