Job summary

Lyreco Singapore Malaysia is seeking a Stock & Planning Associate to manage stock levels and optimize replenishment to support customer orders. You will review purchase requisitions, place and follow up on purchase orders, and ensure timely deliveries in line with Lyreco standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in supply chain or demand planning, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Malay. The position is a 6‑month fixed-term contract from August 2026, based in Johor, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP.
• Fluent in English and Malay written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain or Demand Planning.
• Good negotiation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels and optimize stock cover days to support orders.
• Review PRs daily and convert to POs; place and follow up orders per Lyreco standards.
• Ensure healthy stock levels for internal consumables to support operations.
• Issue POs for non-stock and direct delivery items based on customer demand.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and improve back-order rate when needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customer services and sales on returns and damaged items.
• Assist with supplier returns and repairs while liaising with warehouse teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned during the contract period.
• This is a fixed-term 6-month contract from August 2026 to January 2027 for maternity coverage.

Job description

Responsible for stock order management and ensure stock level are optimized to support Lyrceo customer order. Support supply planning function is following group standard guidelines effectively to deliver great customer experiences.

• To ensure stock level are optimized always as per agreed stock cover days.


• To review Purchase Requisitions (PR) daily to convert to Purchase order (PO). To place & follow up order according Lyreco standards. Ensuring suppliers to deliver stock on time.


• To ensure stock level of Internal Consumable items is healthy to support internal operation especially warehouse team.


• To issue Purchase Order (PO) for Non Stock & Direct Delivery items category based on the demand from customer.


• To ensure customers order (SO) is being fullfilled -Improvise Back Order (BO) rate by executing online/offline purchase IF urgently required.


• Handle supplier litigation and work closely with customer services and sales team to plan and arrange return items to suppliers for damage/broken items.


• Handle items that need repairs/ returns item from customer while its under warranty to supplier - work closely with warehouse team.


• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company and/or your supervisor or manager.


• This position is offered on a fixed-term 6-month contract from August 2026 to January 2027 to provide coverage during an employee's maternity leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistic, Supply Chain Management.


• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic function & VLOOKUP).


• Proficient in English & Malay in verbally & writing.


• Minimum 1 years working experiences in Supply Chain or Demand Supply Planning Function.


• Basic negotiation skills is preferred.
