Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Malaysia seeks an experienced Logistics Lead to oversee daily operations with 3PL partners, ensure SAP as a key user for returns and inbound/outbound, and manage importation customs clearance in line with local regulations.

You will monitor 3PL performance across inbound, VAS, replenishment, picking, delivery and return handling, while driving DC inventory accuracy and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
• 4–5 years in Customer Supply Chain Planning or related supply chain functions.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Ariba) and reporting tools (PowerBI, QlikView).
• Vendor, logistics and 3PL management experience.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders across affiliates and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with 3PL partners across warehouse and transportation management ensuring high-quality problem solving and standard work execution.
• Serve as SAP Key User, providing system expertise and process alignment for returns/inbound/outbound.
• All Importation Customs Clearance Processing, compliance and management.
• Monitor 3PL performance across Inbound, VAS, replenishment, picking, delivery and return handling to support local needs and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure the DC inventory record accurately including quantity, location and batch.
• Review daily operations and develop procedures to drive security and safety standards.
• Initiate and lead projects to drive DC performance in service level and cost efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support, work closely with internal teams in Malaysia for best-in-class counter replenishment (order suggestion).
• Manage and coordinate monthly order scheduling with delivery dates and cut-off times for B2C STO and B2B SO including all Corporate orders.
• Review & approve order input/ edit/ delete according to the manual order policy and compliance.
• Publish monthly customer service level reports with root-cause analysis and communicate with Inventory managers and counter/Brand to improve service levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Sales, Finance, and IT to enable supply chain synchronization and customer satisfaction.
• Own end-to-end order fulfillment for key customers and channels (B2B & B2C) ensuring excellence in service KPIs (OTIF & SLA).
• Using Trade MOC tool to monitor per product & category by door and communicate with brand & counter.
• Analyze and monitor counter inventory at target level and liaise with stakeholders to maintain optimal counter stock mix.
• Develop monitoring tools to dive into slow movers SKU during S&OE meetings and focus on slow mover reduction to optimize assortment.

Customer Service and Order Management (30%)

• Provide guidance and support, work closely with internal team in Malaysia and to provide best in class counter replenishment (order suggestion)
• Manage and coordinate the monthly order scheduling with delivery date and cut time off for B2C (online) STO (stock transfer order) and B2B (offline) SO (sales order) including all Corporate orders
• Review & Approve order input/ edit/ delete according to “manual order policy” whether it complies with its policy
• Publish monthly customer service level report with root cause analysis level and communicate effectively with Inventory managers and counter /Brand to improve customer service level
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Sales, Finance, and IT to enable supply chain synchronization and customer satisfaction.

Trade Return and Counter Inventory Management (30%)

• Using Trade MOC (month of Coverage) tool to monitor per product & category by door and communicate with brand & counter effectively.
• Analyze and monitor counter inventory at target level and liaise with different internal stakeholders to execute necessary actions to maintain optimal counter stock mix
• To develop monitoring tools which allow to dive into the slow movers SKU, by category during S&OE (Sales and operations execution) meeting and focus on slow mover reduction to optimize the assortment (counter productivity).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree of any business course preferably in business administration, Supply Chain or Statistics
• 4-5 years’ experience in Customer Supply Chain Planning, and other relevant Supply Chain functions (i.e. Distribution, Logistics, Procurement)
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, o9 Solutions and reporting tools such as PowerBI, Qlikview and similar platforms
• Professional with Vendor, Logistic, and 3PL management skills
• Good communication skill, able to comunicate effectively with senior stakeholders in the affilates and regions
