Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Executive to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and order fulfilment across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.

You will drive accuracy, efficiency, and timely deliveries by coordinating stock, processing orders, generating reports, and supporting continuous process improvements. Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency are essential, with Mandarin required for supplier communication.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or order fulfilment.
Familiar with inventory/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and business partners.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movements, transfers, and adjustments.
Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities, and ensure housekeeping standards.
Coordinate daily deliveries to dealers, customers and retail outlets; liaise with transporters and 3PL providers.
Coordinate stock replenishment between warehouse and retail outlets; support inbound shipment planning.
Process sales orders accurately and timely; verify product availability and delivery commitments.
Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports; monitor inventory accuracy and stock aging reports.
Identify operational inefficiencies and support SOPs and cost-saving initiatives.
