Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safe, accurate and efficient warehouse operations while coordinating inventory and supply chain activities. The role ensures timely receiving, storage, issuing and delivery of materials, maintains stock accuracy, follows up on purchase orders and shipments and supports compliance with company procedures and ISO 9001 & 45001.

You will lead daily receiving, inspection, labelling, put-away, picking and dispatch activities; ensure ERP

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing or related field.
At least 3 years of warehouse or supply chain experience, including supervisory experience.
Experience with ERP/inventory-management systems; AutoCount is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily receiving, inspection, labeling, put-away, picking, issuing and delivery activities.
Ensure stock movements are recorded in ERP and match delivery orders and purchase records.
Maintain accurate stock locations, bin IDs and warehouse organization.
Coordinate deliveries and collections with suppliers, customers and transport providers.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts and annual stocktakes.
Investigate stock discrepancies and report findings to management.
