Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Senior Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate stock management. The role focuses on planning strategy, inventory control, KPI implementation, and ISO-compliant processes to optimise throughput.

The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field, with 2–5 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in MS Office and warehouse/logistics systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field
• At least 2-5 years experience in logistics/warehouse function with a comprehensive knowledge of warehouse/logistics processes and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Warehouse/Logistic System
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop a warehouse and logistic strategy to improve the current warehouse workflow, storage, resource allocation, SOP and processes
• Manage and oversee daily logistic and warehouse operation including managing inventory, conduct physical inventory count, perform stock receiving, replenishment and dispatch, picking, packing, quality check
• Develop KPIs and implement action plans to improve customer satisfaction with related to warehouse and logistic area
• Ensure a systematic warehouse and logistic operation and ensure compliance with ISO standards
• Introduce best practices in warehouse operations
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Analyse inventory trends, identify and address root causes of inventory issues by implementing correction action and improvement
• Ensure inventory accuracy, inventory turns, and inventory lead time
• Prepare reports relating to inventory, warehouse performance, and operational issues
