Job summary

Atotech an MKS Brand is seeking a strategic leader to transform MSD global operations and supply chain. You will drive cross-functional, high-impact programs spanning planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution, and lead data analytics initiatives across regions.

You will report to the Director, Strategic projects and partner with senior leadership to deliver on-time, on-cost savings while ensuring compliance and sustainability across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, consulting, or operations, with 7+ years preferred.
• Proven track record of managing large supply chain/procurement projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, modelling and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in supply chain technologies (ERP, TMS, WMS, AI tools, advanced analytics).
• Experience with LEAN/ Six Sigma.
• Leadership: ability to inspire, influence, and drive change across diverse teams.
• Office working with visits to manufacturing locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and governance of strategic projects across procurement, supply chain and manufacturing operations (including global network optimization).
• Identify new opportunities in cost reduction, process improvement through data analytics and LEAN.
• Establish KPIs and track performance to ensure project success.
• Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and advanced analytics in supply chain processes.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior executives and external partners to align strategies and deliver results.
• Communicate project outcomes and recommendations to leadership.
• Assess supply chain & operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and sustainability standards.

Job description

The incumbent will support and lead high-impact initiatives that transform and optimize MSD global operations and supply chain. This role is responsible for driving strategic programs that enhance efficiency, resilience, and sustainability across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. This person will partner with regional and global leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are executed on time/on cost and deliver targeted financial savings. The role will also involve data analytics and require exploring digital supply chain tools.

In this role, you will report to the Director, Strategic projects

• Program Management & Analytics
