Job summary

TERA VA SDN. BHD. is seeking a regulatory applications professional to manage licenses/permits for solar PV installations and liaise with authorities to ensure compliance with SEDA, ECoS, ST and TNB.

The role emphasizes accurate submissions, tracking, and timely responses to inquiries. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Business Administration with 2 years of related experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Experience in authority liaison or license and permit applications is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and integrity.
• Ability to work well in a team and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle applications and secure licenses/approvals from authorities (SEDA, ECoS, ST, TNB).
• Ensure regulatory compliance with industry standards and government regulations for solar installations.
• Coordinate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, internal teams and external consultants to expedite approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions and approvals.
• Assist clients with licensing procedures and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Conduct training and drive continuous improvement of the application process.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

To handle the application process and secure the licenses and approvals required for solar PV installations from relevant authorities, including SEDA, ECoS, Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) and TNB.

To ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards and government regulations for solar installations, and to assess the impact of regulatory changes.

To coordinate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, internal departments and external consultants to expedite approvals and resolve regulatory issues.

To ensure applications are accurate and compliant, and to maintain comprehensive records of all submissions and approvals.

To assist clients and third parties with application and licensing procedures and respond to enquiries professionally and promptly.

To conduct training and drive continuous improvement of the application and licensing process.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least a Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent field.

Preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience.

Experience in authority liaison or license and permit applications will be an advantage.

Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a high level of integrity.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and perform well under pressure and tight reporting deadlines.
