Job summary

TERA VA SDN. BHD. invites you to join our Supply Chain & Procurement internship program in Malaysia.

You will assist with inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and procurement activities including PO creation and supplier follow-ups. You will support materials procurement based on requirements and help coordinate shipments with logistics partners. The role involves analyzing supply chain data with Excel, maintaining ERP records, and supporting demand forecasting and inventory planning.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Technology Management, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Industrial Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory tracking and stock reconciliation.
• Support procurement activities, including purchase order creation and supplier follow-ups.
• Assist with procurement of materials and technical items based on requirements & specifications.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports using Excel or other reporting tools.
• Help maintain accurate records in ERP or inventory management systems.
• Support demand forecasting and inventory planning activities.
• Other works related to Supply Chain's scope.
